Abogado may mensahe kay Liza Soberano: "Hindi talaga lahat ibinibigay sa atin. May iba na maganda lang, pero T@NG@!"

No? Well, Soberano tweeted that a murderer (Pemberton) was just released for good conduct. The young actress asked her Twitter followers if are we supposed to just forget that he killed Jennifer Laude (transgender) because the American soldier has done some good?

The younger actress further asked if it was fair that Laude was murd*red out of hate just because of her s*xual orientation?

Liza Soberano's tweet did not make a lot of Duterte supporters happy, including lawyer and blogger Atty. Nick Nañgit.

In the Facebook post, Atty. Nick opened by taking a swipe at Liza Soberano, saying that not all people are endowed with everything. Some are simply beautiful but stupid.

"Hindi talaga lahat ibinibigay sa atin. May iba na maganda lang, pero T@NG@!"

"Gaya nitong Lizang ito!" Atty. Nick wrote.

Atty. Nick lamented the young actress is clueless about legal terms but have the guts to use legal phrases like she know it.

"Hindi naman alam ang ibig sabihin ng 'service of sentence', 'good conduct time allowance', 'civil liability arising from a crime', at 'absolute pardon', na lahat ay nakasaad sa batas, pero ang K@P@L ng mukha pumutak!"

Atty. Nick remarked that the actress did not even set foot at the College of Law but when she criticized, she speaks like a real student of law.

"Ni hindi nga nakatuntong sa College of Law, pero kung makapuna, wagas ang Lizang ito!"

Atty. Nick explained to Liza that Pemberton has already paid for his crime, thus qualify him as recipient of the ABSOLUTE PARDON from the President.

"Napagdusahan na ni Pemberton sa kulungan ang parusang kulong na ipinataw sa kanya ng Korte. Pinagbayad na rin siya ng daños (at hindi blood money yan, dahil walang ganern sa Pinas, ghorl!) Habang nasa kulungan siya, sinunod lang niya ang mga alituntunin at hindi nagkaroon o naiulat na may basag ulo o pagsaway (shokot lang nila e sundalo siya). At, dahil nasa Saligang Batas mismo na may kapangyarihan ang Pangulo, nabigyan siya ng kapatawaran."

"So anong gusto mong mangyari ngayon, T0NT@?"Atty. Nick asked Liza.

Atty. Nick went on to fire a volley of questions towards the direction of the young actress to make Soberano to admit she know nothing about legal matters, thus making her unqualified to criticize the Presidential pardon granted to Pemberton.

"Gusto mo, ikulong siya habang buhay? Gusto mong patayin din siya? Gusto mo wag bigyan ng kapatawaran? Anong basehan mo? Korte ka ba? Kongreso ka ba? Pangulo ka ba? Ni Darna nga, sumablay ka pa! At saka, anong karapatan mong dumakdak tungkol sa 'good conduct' at 'fair'? Batas ka ba? Or better yet, may alam ka ba sa batas?"

"Waley, diba?" Atty. Nick asked.

Atty. Nick remarked Liza can't give a good answer because she is stupid. "Kasi nga, T0NT@ ka!"

Atty. Nick urged Liza Soberano to recall what he told him in the past which she rejected at first. However, the latest 'little' controversy she is now involved makes Atty. Nick feel disappointed because it seems the young actress has never learned or take his advice by heart. The acerbic tongue lawyer offered a few words of advice for the young actress.

"Isip isipin mo yung sinabi ko sa iyo dati pa sa ere. Paniwalang paniwala kang Year of the Tiger ka ipinanganak, pero kinorek kita at sinabing mali ang akala mo mula pa noong nagkaroon ka ng isip (na sumasablay). Year of the Ox ka. Hindi ka pa nga naniwala noong una, dahil ugali yan ng mga Ox na matigas talaga ang kokote, pero ghorl hindi ka planeta o konstelasyon para baguhin kung ano ka talaga. Ngayon, inuulit mo na naman ang iyong K@T@NG@H@N. Wag ganun, ghorl! Sasayangin mo lang ang ganda mo kung sasawsaw ka sa usaping legal na ng@ng@ ka naman pala, ok?! Wag ka pagamit sa pulitika, para hopia mani popcorn makabalik sa ere ang katol mo?! Makinig ka sa akin, dahil psychic ako. 

Atty. Nick lectured Liza that in PH law, sexual orientation is immaterial and it does not favor you if you are a member of the LGBT community.

"Kahit ano pa ang sexual orientation (o whatever) ng pinatay, walang pake ang batas. Hindi mas espesyal ang mga LGBTQIA+++ kesa sa mga straight o hetero, kahit ilang dekada o centuries nang niyuyurakan ang mga pagkatao ng ilan (marami man yan, pero hindi naman lahat)."

Atty. Nick, obviously feigning ignorance, asked Liza why she is resurrecting the Pemberton issue. He told her that he can read their minds (dilawans).

"Pinatay ni Pemberton ang isang tao, period. Kriminal siya. Alam natin yan. At sa ilalim ng batas, may mga tinatawag na 'circumstances' na tinignan ng Korte, bago ipinataw ang parusang kulong sa ganung bilang ng taon. Matagal na yan. Binubuhay mo pa, para saan? Akala mo ba di ko nababasa isip mo at ng mga Y3ll0wsh¡tzü?!"

"Mabibigyan at mabibigyan pa rin si Pemberton ng absolute pardon kung gugustuhin ng Pangulo, dahil may dahilan at karapatan siya," Atty. Nick emphatically told Liza.

"Ikaw ba, may dahilan at karapatan? WALEY!" Atty. Nick asked.

Atty. Nick ended the FB post by leaving the young actress with a Filipino sayings to ponder upon. "May kasabihan nga tayo, ang Langaw feeling mataas pa sa Kalabaw. E ikaw, Liza ka lang?!"
